Re: Harry Potter
Too late. Its not that bad, just needs to be a little slower, so I actually hear the lyrics and a few or a lot of singing lessons. I did hear about her before, but never bothered to listen to her. Why listen to something with so many bad reviews?

It's more the lyrics than the singing that I hate.

It's really just something that is meant to complement the books - to give then another dimension I guess.
But as I said before, apart from getting sorted and getting your wand, it's not really that great.
All it does is create scenes which I'd already constructed in my imagination...

Re: Harry Potter
Yeah, it was way over hyped. Well, I couldn't make one word out of her singing anyway. So moot point.

Yeah, but it's the lyrics, actually. I think I know the days of the week myself without her reciting them to me . And they're just so pointless! Just compare Friday to Adele's Someone Like You

Adele is the best. She RULES. I love all her songs in '21'. Rolling in the Deep, Turning Tables, Set fire to the Rain....
I actually feel sorry for Rebecca Black. They gave her such a bad song to sing. She can't exactly sing, but her new one is a million times better. And less autotune. (To hell with auto tune. They did it to Gamu Nenghu. Gamu was brilliant without it.)

Re: Harry Potter
I think they wanted to experiment with the song. You see, Justin Bieber got famous because of that Baby thing, and, I admit, he's got a great voice, but the song is ridiculous! Maybe they thought that simple, catchy songs get to us teens (grown ups... ), and that she'd get lots of positive reviews.
My Moment - Ok voice, a bit screechy, but the lyrics are again not right. She just went from stupid to spoiled. Just move on! She's using that song to brag about how she made it to the top (which she did not), and send a hate message to the people who don't like her.
And Adele is AMAZING. I swear, once I start listening to her songs, I just can't stop. She doesn't need anything but a piano and her beautiful voice

Re: Harry Potter
I hate how adults try. Ggrr. Seriously, someone should tell them "We're the same, just don't try to change that".
Rebecca's parents have money. That's why she isn't moving on.(8)It's not about the money, money, money...(
Adele is Awesome. Just... awesome.

Rebecca Black. Bleh. I never liked her; I never liked her voice, or her lyrics, or her music or her videos. The only thing I liked about the Friday video is that they mention 2 of my favorite songs right at the beginning; Thursday's Child and Friday I'm In Love.
Totally agree with you about Adele though. She really has talent, and I still haven't gotten bored of any of her songs.
Anyway, since I think we should veer this back to Harry Potter: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9tNUAumvfzg
I LOVE this song

Personally, I'm mad at Fred. He had no right to die. Or Lupin.
They spelt dependent wrong XD But apart from that it's hilarious!

Re: Harry Potter
I like him a whole lot too. He's just living proof that bravery can show up in the most unlikely people, and at the most important times. I also always felt sad for him, since other people teased him so much. But by the end of the books, he really knew how to hold his own I think he's one of the most well-developed characters in the Harry Potter series. He really matures.

Re: Harry Potter
Neville's Awesome He reminds me of a guy in a band, I can't remember which or what song... It might of been Scouting for Girls or the lot that sing "Ruby Ruby Ruby".
We should've seen more of Neville though!
