NaNoWriMo!!

Its eight days, until November, and I'm wondering who here is going to participate in NaNoWriMo.

I didn't even realize it was so soon! I'd like to participate, but I don't know what to write.

It actually begins in 39 days. I'm relieved now.

Ah man I forget to count in October. Dang it, I've been excited all morning, and trying to figure out what to write.

Oh and one more thing, aren't you like in school?

Relax, not noobish. I only discovered it last year, after November. Grr... can't believe I missed it.

Okay, so there's 3o days in November right? Well, every day you write (um... 50,000 divided by 30 equals, let me get a piece of paper)1666.66 words, well 1667 really, to total 50,000 words. Okay, forget that, NaNoWriMo, stands for National Novel Writing Month. Basically you write 50,000 word novel in a month, by writing 1667 words everyday. Simple? Hopefully...

Oh! Epic! I want to do it! xD

I'm thinking of doing my own version of NaNo. Instead of starting a whole new story, I'll try to either finish or write another 50,000 words for my story (whichever comes first). I'm being a bit slack with my writing at the moment, so I'm hoping this will help get me back into it.

But because I'm just about to start uni, I don't know how the work load is going to be for it, so I might find that I'm too busy to actually complete NaNo...we shall see...

This sounds like a great thing to do!
I've never actually heard of either until now XD
Although I also have no idea what I would write. I'll need to come up with an idea. Or maybe I'll just do what Emma's doing, and try to focus on my curent novel.

I heard about it a year and a half ago, around Jan/Feb '10 and I really wanted to do it but I remembered too late.

This year, I can't. I've got so many exams all the time - that presentation counts towards my GCSE and I'm 3 weeks in. I have MATHS in November so I'll be studying like crazy for it cos.. well... I'm not as good with it as in my other subjects.

I heard about it last year, but it was too late.
I signed up. I'll be studying, participating in European Business Game and apparently I'll have some things to do considering the short story collection in which one of my stories is going to be published. Nevertheless, I'd like to at least try to write something for NaNoWriMo.

It is, but I'm going to school in the afternoon. It's 11 am now and school starts at 2 pm.

I've had an idea but I'm thinking to do it for JulNoWriMo as I need to finish the rewrite of the Diamond fist... It's about terrorists. It literally came down to me. Naturally it's crazy.

It's nearly November!! Now it's close to it, who IS gonna participate?

And once again, I didn't participate.
