This seems like a useful site.

Ooh, it does! Is it anything like the Writer's Yearbook? (Y'know, that book with all the names and contact details of agents and publishers?)

It's a list of contests, magazines, sites, anthologies etc. where you can submit your stories. They have a search engine where you can specify the word count, genre, payment and similar.
