It was an idea I had while Emma and I were discussing Character Development in On Writing Trust me, it's really REALLY fun. You literally interview anyone's character. Take James Coleman in my Novel - I would post a thread being James Coleman, introduce myself "Hi I'm James, I'm 13 years old and blah" and people will interview those characters. You don't have to follow that person's novel if they post their thread by the way (although I would've posted my very scary antagonist by now, he needs to do a few things...). Soon you'll get a decent 'voice' for the character, develop their traits...
